- Education: LL.B. or an equivalent degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC, ST and PwD). Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in 2027 can apply but must show proof of passing at admission.
- Age: No upper age limit.
- Nationality: Indian nationals, NRIs, PIO and OCI card holders. Foreign nationals are not eligible.
